EICT - Why We Exist

The rural disabled population in India is often left behind due to the lack of rehabilitative services, education, and employment opportunities. Equip India Charitable Trust was established to address these challenges. Our goal is to not only provide immediate support but also to create long-term solutions that promote inclusion, dignity, and self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities.

According to the National Sample Survey Organization (NSSO), only 5-10% of people with disabilities in India have access to rehabilitative services, with rural areas facing the greatest scarcity. EICT strives to bridge this gap through grassroots programs that reach the most underserved communities.
